Keyword Competition Utility
Today I will offer you a tool that is vital for your SEO analysis and choosing the right Keywords to use in your website. The tool is called Keyword Competition Utility, and is used to know how much competition ther is for each keyword you will provide.
The tool theory is very easy to understand off course you know the google command inurl, inanchor, and intitle that returns pages having the specified keyword(s) in their URL, Links, and their Title tags this is very important to know how many sites have that keyword in these tags, because if it has it in the three of them, it means this webmaster is competing for this keyword i.e. you need to add this page to your competitors.
So the program will save you the time required to query each keyword in your mind, by automatically querying a list of keywords, All you have to do is write a list of keywords and paste it in the Keyword Competition area of the tool and hit the Get Compitiors button.
then you will get a list of numbers in the bottom that indicate how much competition each keyword has.
PS: The software is Java based windows application so you will need to have java installed on your machine to be able to start the application.

Tried this little tool you made and it ran nicely for about 3 minutes until google spotted it and locked it down - guess needs some sort of human emulation built in (slow it down a bit and to look more natural) - nice little tool otherwise...thanks!

thanks for your comment, actually I tryed to varry the request to google to be from different type of browser each time, but unfortunately it seems that google checks on the IP and the type of request rather than type of browser.
anyway If any of you guys have any suggestion about this tool or suggestion or idea of a useful tool please inform me and I will see if I can develop it, and share it with you guys.

I tried u r tool i have a problem with it. when i input the keywords the output from the tool given is different from what we will get directly from google
can u check it once on the tool the key word is "java" what u get from tool and what u get from direcy search.
Thank you for notifing me this has became common when using keywords with competition too high I will soon modify the tool to better get google information
I think this is from google the SE is getting smarter every day in dealing with similar patterned queries, and they are supplying wrong info
for java it returned 11,000 searches but when I manually type in browser I get 9,960,000 only, I don't know what is wrong but you can verify that its from google and the whole returned result html is in the third text area you can copy it and paste it to file it will show 11,000.

You when tried the same keyword later I got 11,000,000 on both FF and ie so itsaccurate and the problem from internet cache or various Google servers not bing updated

Having the correct set of keywords for your site means the difference between a profitable site and one that just sits and collects dust. You have to do your research to make sure you can compete with the competition and get those customers to your site. It's well worth the effort. It's not a bad tool, but I'm looking for something that can give specific details on a country to country basis as well. Does anyone know of any tools which can help with geo-graphical SEO??

Nice tool - would be even better if there were checkboxes to select which search operators were passed.
I find better results when researching SEO competition when I just use inurl/intitle - inanchor is giving some wild results on google these days.

Yup, It seems the tool is really nice. But, can someone tell us to install the jar file. When I extract the file I got .class extension files.
Please someone tell us how it works...
I'm sorry but I can't figure out how to run this program. I downloaded it, extracted it and just have class files and one inf. Nothing that can be run.

just install java, and double click the jar file, don't extract anything

I have been searching for a tool like this for a month cuz other similar tools/sites like yours (generates intitle,inanchor results thru google) are not working anymore. They are saying that google api key is not working anymore for sites using it to generate inanchor, or allintitle commands. It's too bad! When i do intitle manual search compared to your software, the results are different! Does your query combine all three inurl-anchor-title?
Anyways, You have done a great job with this tool.
This seems to be the tool to be using for keyword research. However I've had great success with Market Samurai and I find it has all the tools I need within one application.

You can use this tool for keyword research but I would stick with what you know. If you don't know it you should and thats google adwords keyword tool.
How Does This Tool compared to spyglass tool what is your opinion. Are they both the same, which one is best?

I downloaded the software yesterday and the top of the software seems to be working but the bottom is not working. The botton is the most important part of the software. I think this software was a big hit years ago but not in todays time. Im working on my new project at: http://EasyMoneyProject.Info so I could sure use some software like this.
